Privacy policy

The short version

You do not need a CNIC, biometrics, or an account to ask Ahlan a question. We use the questions you ask only to make the answers better. We do not sell them. Location is optional and off by default.

What we collect

• The text of questions you submit to the concierge (or, if you opt in, the audio you record).
• If you join the waitlist: the email you enter, and the city and timing you choose to share.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views) with no personal identifiers.

What we don’t do

• We do not ask for national ID, biometrics, or banking details.
• We do not sell or share your questions with advertisers.
• We do not turn on location unless you do.

Question processing

Questions are sent to our model provider over an encrypted connection to produce an answer. We may use the de-identified question–answer pairs to improve accuracy. Prices we show are estimates from crowd-sourced reports and should always be confirmed locally.
